Yoshimi Kotoh is a Japanese custom knife maker whose knives exude quality and traditional craftsmanship and design.

The Kotoh Black Persimmon D2 is a beautiful little friction folder with a sub three inch blade that doesn’t lock. So this is a knife you can carry with you to complete all your daily chores.

The handle is simply one piece of Black Persimmon wood with the mid section precisely cut out to accommodate the blade. The blade is made from tough, hard carbon steel and has an extended tang to aid one handed opening and to prevent closing during use.

It is supplied with a leather pouch.
