This skinner style blank is ideal for honing your skills as a knife maker. It’s supplied with a brass guard and holed tang, ready for fitting to the handle of your choice. From spring steel, this blank will be straightforward to finish.

This full bellied, clip point style blade is 7.1cm in length. The tang is 8.4cm in length. Tang holes are 0.49cm in diameter

When handled, the tool will need finishing and sharpening – the factory edge is decent, but not as sharp as it could be in the finished article.
